Planet Eclipse 11", Shaft Quake, Cocker-Thread, Barrel, .685 Boresize
The Planet Eclipse Shaft Quake barrel system, developed in cooperation with Carmatech, are optimized for play with First Strike shaped paintball rounds.
Unlike comparable barrels with rifling, the rifling of the Shaft Quake system is designed to precisely match the fins of First Strike Shaped Paintball Rounds. When fired through the Quake barrel the First Strike Round gets forced into the rifle splines of the barrel causing it to spin at a rate of 11,500 revolutions per minute. This spin stabilizes the flight path of the round and increases the range and precision.
The Shaft Quake barrel system comes as a two-piece barrel. The back of the Shaft Quake barrel is compatible with the Shaft 4, 5 and Pro Tip, as well as the stock EMG100 and GTEK Barrels. The tip of the Quake barrel is a 2.5" muzzle break.
The Muzzle can be replaced by the following barrel fronts:
- Shaft FR
- Shaft 4
- Shaft 5
- ETHA 1 and 2 front
- ETEK 4 and 5 front
- GTEK (all) front
- GMEK (all) front
- EMG100 front
